3akshay....in second list ull get better branches in top iits.......and civil is booming in india.......so ull be well placed.....[1]

second list comes when some ppl leave branches in IIT
but why will anyone leave IIT
besides I saw the second list last year
only branches like Arch,Mining,Metallurgy,Eng Physics etc have second list
