why (7,0) ???
dist of 7,0 from 12,0 is 5 whereas
from -2,0 it is 7 so how come it is the midpoint !!

11@mani the last point that you have marked shouldnt it be (12,0)
as the radius is 4?
And the midpoint should be found with (-2,0) and (12,0)
