The diagram u have given is incorrect. B will be in place of C and c in place of B.
Having done that, assume that charges q1,q2, and q3 appear on A,B,C.
Conserving charge gives q1+q2+q3=660 (initial charge).
Loop rule gives u another eqn.
Finally total charge present on upper plate of A+upper plate of C initially =charge initially on upper plate of A=total charge present on thsese plates finally. That gives the 3rd eqn, solve them and u are home.
