charge produced by composite capacitor is Q= 16000 Î¼C

now obviously the composite capacitors have to be arranged in parallel

then say we have `n` number of capacitors arranged in parallel.

then charge by n capactors = n.8.250 Î¼C

so n.8.250=16000

so n=8

therefore answer is 8

since u require 1000V, so there should be atleast 4 capacitors in series.
The capacitance of this combination becomes 8/4=2Î¼F

Now since the capacitance of the combination should be 16Î¼F.
So there should be 8 such rows in parallel.
So, total no. of capacitors = 4*8=32
