the second and the third plate will be at the same potential....

Here three capacitors r formed, each of area A.
Seperation b/w the plates = d
So, Capacitance C = e0 A /d
As three capacitors r arranged in series,
Therefore Ceq = C/3 = e0 A / 3d
So, the total charge to the capacitor = Ceq V = 10 e0 A / 3d
