we know that for a spherical drop
C is directly proportional to R (radius)
so here if we let radius of each small drop be `r` , then we have that radius of the bigger drop would be 4r.(equating the volumes of the both)
so we have that the capacitance of the bigger drop would be 4C.

C of a spherical capacitance = 4Πε0R , R=radius of sphere
Now, 1μF = 4Πε0R
==> R = 1μF/4Πε0
now radius of the new sphere will be 4 times the individual spheres
[let the radius be r. then 4/3*Î *r3 = 64*4/3*Î *R3 giving r'=4R]
So, the new capacitance will be C = 4Πε0r = 4Πε0*4R
= 4μF
