applying kichoffs lawz

q/C - iR = e .......

q/C - dq/dtR = e

q-Ce/CR = dq/dt ...

t/RC = ln(q-Ce)

t/RC - 0 = ln(q-Ce/(Q-Ce))

et/RC(Q-Ce) + Ce

[e = emf , C = capacitance ]
