if we resolve B along the incline plane and perpendicular to the incline plane emf is created only due to perpendicular component.
now current in the curcuit will be in the anticlockwise direction. so force due to B will be along the incline due to perpendicular component and perpendicular to the incline (inside the incline plane) due to the component along the incline plane.
on adding these two vectors we get the direction to be
Towards right(horizontal).
ALTERNATE MATHOD
we know that magnetic field will always oppose the change in flux so it will apply a force opposite to the direction of motion teh rod.
the velocity has two components one Towards left left(horizontal) and one downwards.
as B cannot exert force along its line so the only motion it can oppose is horizontal. so it will exert a force Towaards right(horizontal) to oppose the horizontal motion.
