Let inner one have Q then the inner surface of outer has -Q and outer surface of outer shell has Q+q.
Vinner=0
So, kQ/r1 + kq/r2=0
so Q= -qr1/r2
There are 2 concentric metal shells of radii r1 and r2(>r1). If the outer shell has a charge q and the inner shell is grounded,,the charge on the inner shell is - _____ ?

thanks asish..i carelessly thought that since it was grounded charge will be 0.
