theory of relativity
An observer A and a charge Q are fixed in a stationary frame F. Another observer B is fixed in a frame f, which is moving wrt to F. then
a) both A and B will observe electric fields.
b) both A and B will observe magnetic fields
c) neither A nor B will observe magnetic fields
d) B will observe a magnetic field, but A will not
please give explanation.

wire not reqd i think
moving charges produce magnetic field ..
more details see satyas corner
arey this is in HCVerma .. magnetic fields chapter...
but that is oonly i wwas asking... here there's no current or any wire ...
how come anything will occur ?????????????
there was an interesting Q in class
a person is moving along with the current such that the relative motion b/w a given electron and him is zero will he observe a magnetic field .?
our sir explained it using relativity dint understnad it though :P
and ; D
and a bit of relativity is necessary I think . I dunno that.
Admins need to explain.
there's a involvement of relativity here .
I'm damn sure .
Admins should elaborate.
Don't wish to spoil the topic with clumsy explanation.
