In wolfram i read that 1 is a special case: It is neither prime nor composite. The fundamental theorem of arithmetic fails if we consider 1 to be a prime.
But somewhere else i read that 1 is a prime.
So, what's the truth?
PS-Earlier 1 was considered to be a prime.
