i think knee voltage is same as cut-off voltage/ cut-in voltage/ barrier potential for diodes!!!

The knee voltage is the reverse voltage point where a Zener diode begins to conduct in the reverse direction. At this point the reverse current suddenly jumps from zero (or near enough zero) to a much higher value as the diode enters it's biased breakdown region.
