M L-1 T-2
energy density in a capacitor
1/2 (εA/d)(V)2 = 1/2 (εA/d)(Ed)2 = 1/2 εE2 * volume = energy ...
1/2 εE2 = energy/volume = [M L-1 T-2]
Dimension of 1/2 ε0E2 (ε0 is the permittivity of free space, E is electric filed) is?

E=MLT-3A-1 (F=qE)
ε0 =M-1L-3A2 T4 (F=q1q2/4piε0r2)
SO IT BECOMES
ML-1T-2

i think its [M^{1}L^{-1}T^{-4}A^{2}]
@abhi, electric field intensity is [M^{1}L^{1}T^{-3}A^{-1}]....are electri field and electric field intensity the same.................electric intensity is the strength of electric field.......i m not sure...but someone pls clear my doubt...........
