when the sith ball is being dropped ,3rd ball has completed 3sec of its journey, therefore position of 3rd ball is x= 1/2gt2 =1/2*9.8*9=44.1m . Similarly we can find position of 4th and 5th ball by taking time as 4and 5 sec respectively.
A person sitting on the top of a tall building is droping ball at regular intervals of one seconds .Find the position of 3rd,4th,and5th ball when the sixth ball is being dropped.

5th ball has completed 1 sec
4th ball 2 seconds
and 3rd ball 3 seconds
for each ball u = 0 and a=g
using second eqn of motion find s for each..
