Reason:
e and log are dimensionless hence if u have e raised to something then that something shud be dimensionless similarly for log u cannot have dimension enclosed
as A and B have different dimensions:
hence
(A) is wrong as A/B will have some dimension
(B) again follow (A)
(D)you can not have '+' operator in the power to which e is raised until each individual entity is dimensionless
