IIT JEE 2015 Questions › General Physics questions › velocity of the wind

A man is moving at the speed of 3 km/h due East
to him it appears that the wind is blowing from the North direction .
Now if he doubles his speed. The wind appears to blow from the North east direction .
Then find the magnitude of the speed of the wind
