coordination isomerism

1...among the following C-O bond order is lowest in :

(a)[Mn(co)6]+
(b)[Fe(co)5]
(c) [Cr(co)6]
(d)[V(co)6]

2..why Cr3+ never forms tetrahedral complexes even if V3+, Fe3+ form ????????

3.. hich can xists as disastereomers ?????

(a) [Cr(NH3)2Cl4]

(b) [Fe(NH3)5Br]2+

Ans 1 b... more d electrons means the metal can donate more electrons in the antibonding orbital of carbonyl grp thus weaking the Carbon oxygen bond...so bond order is minimum in this case..
Ans 3 c.. NCS- is an ambidentate ligand..so can coordinate both from N and S..so it can form a diastereomers..
