i think similar reactions in formation of soluble silicates.
Ca3 ( PO4 )2 is fused in electric furnance at very high temperature , liberating phosphic anhydride and Calcium oxide.
when the product is induced to silica, then soluble phosphates of Calcium and mixed components of silica- phosphato compounds along with some amt. of soluble silicates.
Ca3 (PO4)2 → CaO + P2O5 ( rkn with silica (SiO2)) → soluble phosphates [ (PO3)n ,( P2O7)4- etc. ] and silicates [ hydrated CaSi2O5 , ortho, soro- silicates and many more ] + silica- phosphato compounds.
