Are u sure? cuz HNO3 itself is a strong oxidizing agent!

			b) (?) did by elimination of other options as.. Pb+4 will try for Pb+2 (inert pair) so it will try to oxsidise HNO3 but N+5 .. so no chance of further oxidation of N+5....so only option is b)

		i think PbO2 would not react as Pb is in +4 state and it can not further oxidise eureka conc./dil. terms were meaningful when u r dealing with Pb/Pb2+ salt only
