dude,Bismuth is unusual as its liquid expands on solidifying.thus its solid state forms a cage like stucture(e.g. ice),which is unstable than its liquid state.so,it tends to remain often in liquid state .thus ,melting point of bismuth is less than antimony,which is an exception.
why melting point decreases from antimony to bismuth ???????
