so
\frac{a_{KCl}}{a_{NaCl}} = \frac{r_{K+}+r_{Cl-} }{r_{Na+}+r_{Cl-} }
divide thru out by r Na+
so ratio = \frac{\frac{1}{0.7}+ 2 }{1+2 }
= 8 / 7
= 1.143
if they hav asked reciprocal the ans is 0.875
