v=\frac{\omega }{R}
v=\frac{100\pi }{0.5} or \frac{92\pi }{0.46}
= 200ms-1
y1=A(cos0.5Ï€x-100Ï€t)
y2=A(cos0.46Ï€x-92Ï€t)
Q Speed of sound
my doubt is that cna we calulate speed of sound dorectly using any of waves or should be write superimposed eqn first and then do claculation part ??
thouggh in this case..ans is same by both ways
v=\frac{\omega }{R}
v=\frac{100\pi }{0.5} or \frac{92\pi }{0.46}
= 200ms-1
dude...u r repeating what i said....i want to know
""should we calulate speed of sound directly using any of waves or should be write superimposed eqn first and then do claculation part ??""
i didn't get ur statement earlier so posted.
I think in both cases the here might be same.
In general may both the methods give the same answer but it is always better to get into safer side by superimposing the waves and then find velocity.
kya pata kahin different ans. aate hoon
speed of the sound wave only depends on the medium through which it is passing....now
since both of them are passing through the same medium so both hav same wave velo..so u can take any of them and calculate the wave speed...
