Let the impulse be F acting for time dt
Then h*∫Fdt = 2MR2/5*w (angular momentum) ... (i)
∫Fdt = Mvcom (momentum) .. (ii)
vcom=wR (no slippoing) ... (iii)

solve these three u'll get h=2R/5
