Instant axis of rot is at (3,4)
Ï‰=1/2 (is finding Ï‰ clear?)

COM is at (3/2,4/2) and axis of rot at (3,4) Ï‰=1/2..

velocity of COM = Ï‰√(9/4+16/4)=5/4 and is pependicular to line joining (3,4) and (3/2,4/2)
