concepts

i was solving irodov kinematics and found that even after reading theory carefully there r some minue concepts that i tend to forget like v=wr where v is the speed of the object

and i get aware of my misconcetion while solving sums . Is it common ? or should i spend more time on the theory?

pls help me as this thing is eating my head
