SORRY,but a bit wizard question.still,lets try.

Q.2) IF [dv/dt]=0,then dv/dt also =0 , and thus v is a constant.

now, [dv]/dt is also 'd' of a constant with respect to t, which is also equal to 0.so,the situation u gave is

not possible.

Q.1) thus if v is constant, then the given expression cn be correct and is always equal to 0

Q2. ldvdtl means the magnitude of the acceleration vector.
If it is zero then it implies that the acceleration is zero i.e. the body is in uniform motion

ldvldt means the rate of change of speed.

As the particle is moving with constant speed for the first condition, so the rate of change of speed is zero. It can never be non-zero if the first condition is true

Q1. ldvdtl = ldvldt i.e. the magnitude of acceleration vector is equal to the rate of change of speed.
This situation is possible when the particle or body moves in one direction with constant accleration

Ans1) These two are equal in the case of one Dimensional Motion( without change in the direction).

Ans2) No it is not possible.
d[V] / dt is not equals to zero implies that the speed of the particle is not constant. Velocity cannot remains constant if the speed is changing.
Hence, [dv/dt] cannot be zero in this case.
