I think first let us concentrate on the acceleration of the mass m with respect to string center.
if we carefully look there string center has acc = w^2L/2 and of the mass w^L as seen by the reference global frame .. and now its just like finding acc of one object with respect to other... so its easy then multiply with mass and get the pseudo force.. peace in life
