Water level in tub is 1m.If a capillary tube of very small radius and length 4m is dipped into the water,it rises in the tube up to 2m.If another capillary tube of same radius but 2m length is dipped into water,
will the water spill out or not ?

106water will not spill out. it will in fact form a drop of a larger radius if the length of the capillary is insufficient. But here the length is sufficient. So it will definitely not spill out
