let body with angular velocity 3 rad/s be body 1 and its distance from intersection point of two axes be r1.similarly for second body.

so (angular acceleration)12=√[81 r12 +256 r22 ] at an angle of tan-1[16r2/9r1] with the angular acceleratrion of 2nd body.
