c and d
a block of weight 9.8 N is placed on a table. the table surface exerts an upward force of 10N on the block. assume g=9.8 m/s2.
a) block exerts a force of 10N on the table.
b) block exerts a force of 19.8N on the table.
c) block exerts a force of 9.8N on the table.

hey sky can u pl. tell me how did u get the answers pl.
see. table gives 10N force to block ==> by newtons 3rd law block must have given 10N force to table.
so (a)
Take FBD of block...
9.8N downward and 10N upward so net acceleration upwards = 0.2 m/s2
Hence (D) also..
arey.. ek upward force hai... toh acc upward hoga hi...
aur thrd law se niche ek equal force bhi lagega...
main ek bahut hi stupid wala cheez soch rahi thi :P woh chhoro...
tum samajh gaye ?
hey not 0.2/9.8.... only 0.2 ...
coz mass of the block is 1 kg naa... uska wt 9.8 N hai..
arey main bhi...
aaj thoda sa dimaag thik nahi hai :P :P
isiliye third law yaad ni aya :'(
Newton yeh thread dekhega toh usko kinna dukh hoga...
ki koi jee ka 30 din pehle newton's third law bhool gaya... :'(
isse badi dukh ki baat aur kuchh ho sakta hai ??
same here......
hum sab newtn ke saath gum mein duub jaate hain.......
HA HA ....
thnx asis, sky!! [4] [1]
A,D IT IS..[3] IM NOT FULLY CONTENT WITH THE WORDINGS OF D.....
IT SHUD BE DAT THE ENTIRE SYSTEM HAS AN UPWARD ACCN. .......
OBIUSLY MEANS BLOCK HAS UPWARD ACCN. BUT ALSO INCLUDES CASE WHERE BLOCK ALONE IS ACCLERATED WHICH IS SILLY[3].....
