just use : (m_oil + m_water)g = total thrust on vertical plane.

u know : mASS = VOLUME*DENSITY.

here specific gravity of oil = 0.8 , So, density = 800 kg/m³

here m_oil = 800*0.6*0.6*0.3 , m_water = 1000*0.6*0.3*0.6

add these two and multiply with g=9.8 m/s².
