Monkey problem!!!!! pls help

Question. Two blocks of masses 10 kg & 2 kg are connected by an ideal string passing over a fixed smooth pulley as shown in above figure. A monkey of mass 8kg started climbing the string with a const. acceleration 2m/s2 with respect to the string at t=0. Initially the system is in equilibrium and monkey is at a distance of 2m from the pulley. The time taken by the monkey to reach the pulley is ?????????

Please give detailed solutions.

The most important thing here to keep in mind is that

the tension above and below the monkey are different...

Can you try from there?

I mean I see that as the most important thing where you can go wrong...

Yes, I had taken that fact and taken extra force N below the string, but the answer is not coming..........Can someone give detailed soln.??
