ans 4)
time period decreases. since leff decreases by the upward shift of centre of mass
thus
A-false
R-true
1) A:beta particles emmited from radioactive nuclei has a continuous energy ranging from zero to a certain amx value
R:in beta decay,a aneutron si converted into a proton,an electron and an antineutrino.The total energy emmited in beta decay is shared by beta particle and anti neutrino
2)A:In series LCR circuit ,algebraic sums of rms voltages across L,C,R is equal to applied rms voltage
R:Krichoff law is valid in AC circuits also
3)A:Relative velocities of 2 photons going away from each other along sraight line is 6*108 m/s
R:Relative velocity concept is aplicable for photons also
4)A:If a child sitting on a swing stands up,period of oscillations of swing increases
R:As child stands up centre of mass of child+swing system moves upward

@anirudh...
i presume u used Ieff=K2+l2l
where l =distance of centre of gravity from point of suspension
If l>1 ...then obviously time period decreases
but if 0<l<1 then time period increases
so what to do ?????
@uttara
1) is wrong
3) is right...but is realtive velcoity concept really applaiclble for photons ?????becoz their velocity itself has been defined witha lot of ambiguity
