Q2 What type of motion is of point A on the flywheel ?
Q3 Find magnitude of angular velocity of rod as a function of time

will this block on the right undergo SHM ?

perhaps i'm getting somrthing like : ( 4 k r2 - k l2 - R2w2 ) / l2

i fear its wrong.

I solved it with some help

since l>>>r
=> we can write x=rcosωt +l
which is SHM equation
