what about part b, is there any formula for radius of curvature?
a particle moves in the xy plane with velocity v= ai + bxj a and b being constants.
at t=0 particle was at (0,0).. find
(a) the equation of the particles trajectory
(b) the curvature radius as a function of x

for the 1st part
dx/dt=a
integrating
x=at+k
using (0,0) at t=0
x=at
dy/dt=bx=bat
so y=abt2/2
so equation of trajectory is x2=2ay/b
(there may be errors )

Ï=|y'|3/[√(|y'|2|y''|2-(|y'|*(y'')2)]
Ï= radius of curvature!
