problem wahi soch nayi-2(ultimate pseudo concept clearer)

famous question which is mostly solved using ground frame
i want u to solve it in the frame of elevator (i.e. non-inetial frame)

a block on floor of elevator which starts acelerating down with 12m/s² will get displaced by how much in 0.2s after start.g=10.

in frame of elevator the block is moving up wid 2m/s² (satisfy urself wid free body diagram)

so..

in elevators reference in 0.2 s it has moved, 0.04m up!

in this time the elevator has moved down, 6(0.04) m down.!

so the block has moved 5(0.04) m down = 0.2 m down!

i think this is wat u wanted!?
