how...the accn is coming out to be at some angle with the vertical...
not exactly vertical.....
consider both accn and take out their resultant....

arshad......consider the motion from inertial frame...u will find the incline stationary, wedge M moving at an angle and m falling vertically downwards.

consider the pseudo force if u want to see it in an inertial frame....
