Suppose we have a rotating horizontal disc . A man stands at the edge of the disc. We say that the net moment of inertia of the system is MR²2 + mR² where M is the mass of the disc and m is of the man. Then my statement is THE NET INERTIA OF THE SYSTEM IS ABOUT THE CENTER OF THE DISC. Am I Right or wrong ??

yes i think its right.....maybe its the same as saying that the centre of mass is at the centre of the disc.....
