but why????????
how can normal produce acceleration in a body??????????/
u hve a wedge and u place a block over it at the top.....the block will move down due to the incline of the wedge....now, will the wedge move back as the block comes down..or it will stay at its place.......
***normal is just a balance phenomenon..so how can it produce acceleration in a body?????
See the bottom line is that Part 1 is true.
No DOUBT. Have NO DOUBT ABSOLUTELY.
Now for the thng that your sir said.
Normal reaction cannot produce motion..
See normal reaction cannot produce motion in reference frame in most cases. But it does not prevent it from causing motion in earth frame...
So the normal force, like any other force will cause a motion or an acceleration.
I will give an example...
what causes the motion of the first block???
but is the first (Red) blcok moving with respect to the black box?
oh yes............t'was due to normal reaction!!!!!!!!!!!!
man, i hve been stuck on dis for over a month...thanks so much!!!!!!my doubt's so well cleared..........thanku...
