look IIT-jee is a very big exam and the guys out there take careof everything it might possible that there is a lack of information between the IIT's but i can assure u on their behalf that nothing to worry about

even i have seen an example of incompleted iit form to get returnned to its hosts stating that FILL UR FORM IN COMPLETED MANNER AND SUBMIT IN 10 DAYS

39areh sankara one of my frends also got the same. infact i am from madras zone. if i try mine from guwhati zone or mumbai zone ,even i dont get it.
