Ans = 4 or 10 , then the absolute value of differences in the boxes will be 1,2,3,4.

Arrey bhai consider 2 diagonally opposite boxes. Dekho jis box me 7 hai uske diagonally opposite box mein hai 15. We can write 15=7*2+1.
Phir dekho, jis box mein 5 hai uske diagonally opp box may hai 11.
11=5*2+1. Simillarly, 3's opp is 7, 7=3*2+1.

mast hai boss....good one.....I actually have different approach....
In the 3rd quadrant, (7+5)/2 - 1 gives 2+3 which in the 2nd quadrant
Now this pattern is opposite in the right half i.e. (11+15)/2 - 1 gives 12 which equals 7 + 5.
