that -29 seconds implies that u posted the stuff 29 seconds ago ...
actually the page displaying all the topics dosent get updated as soon as u add a post...so it signifies the time lapse between the post(time) and display(time)

no ...it actually regularizes it after some time...i.e when the time of actual postage becomes a minute it changes it to normal 1 min.....i.e the lapse only stays for the seconds and not for minutes.....a proof of targetiit's accuracy man!!
