Corpuscles?????

We know that we have to assume light as a collection of particles in some cases.Ok.You know that wind is made of particles. When it passes by you,you feel some jerk. So,if light is made of particles, when it will strike you,you should feel jerk. But you and me do not feel any jerk. So,can you explain this?

We know that light exhibits dual behaviour, as that of a wave and a particle. Now, according to the famous Schrodinger's Cat experiment, we cannot say whether light is acting as a wave or a particle as long as we observe it in some phenomenon. My guess is that in this case light acts as a wave. :)

Alternatively, momentum of light = hf/c by de Broglie principle. With such a huge value of c, the momentum of light would hardly be felt and hence you don't feel a jerk.
