surely yes. thanks for suggestion.
Its nice to see so much of action in this section in particular, and in the forums in general, but I have a suggestion about contributing problems.
I can sum it up as: Be Genuine
My feeling is that we can all truly enjoy and learn when we contribute problems that
1. We have solved ourselves and we enjoyed doing it
2. Something we have sincerely attempted but seem to be getting nowhere, so we need help
3. A problem that seemed so beautiful, we want to share it with our bros and sis in the forum
What is definitely out, according to me are Problems that are so obviously way out of your league and you claim you have solved it.. Believe me, we can tell when the solutions you claim are yours are lifted from some source.
One unrelated comment: In your posts, unless really warranted keep general comments and vague hints out. Either give complete solutions or helpful hints if you think you dont have the time.
I am not the administrator of the site, but being elder to most (if not all) particpants here, I feel this is how we can get the most of being here.
Please feel free to comment

Yes Prophet sir, I absolutely agree..
WIthout naming guys.. there are a couple of ppl who give questions just to show that they know..
I strongly believe that hints should be given by the poster of the question before giving the final complete answer adn a time of atleast 2-3 days before giving the final solution...
I have seen guys here get scared due to the kind of reputation some of the users make. They hardly see thier questions.
I also think that one should give the source of the question whenever possible...
yeah the phrase easy Q to solve comes most of the time as a title for difficult olympiad Qs
