taking up as +ve
u=10-2=8cm for 1st refration
so we get v=-12cm
so u for 2nd refraction=-12+4=-8cm
we get v=-64/13
so 2nd image is formed at a distance of 64/13 cm from 2nd surface of sphere.
as the final image is formed at initial position so after reflection the position of image is also 64/13 cm from 2nd surface of sphere.
so that point is at 2f=8cm from the mirror.
so h=distance of this point from (mirror+2nd surface of sphere + 2cm(i.e.from centre))
so h=(8+64/3+2)cm
therefore h=10+64/3cm
