How can the angle I marked in red be 90° ????

It refracts then the angle ( which was normal incidence ) changes no ???

Plzzzz correct me if I'm wrong !!

But is r = 90??

It may bend towards the normal no??

on incident perpendicular to the surface the incident ray goes undeviated.
