a) NO₂ is electron withdrawing so it will reduce e density on ortho para
b) it is already aromatic so nitrogen's lone pair will not delocalised in the ring
c) chlorine has -I effect so it will weakly activate the ring
d) the lone pair of nitrogen will strongly activate the ring......
