how did u find that II is conjugated the same way III is conjugated...
now my goodness....explain this...
now...i thought....stability is in order I<IV<III<II
but actually it is given I<IV<II<III
how the hell II<III
II is outright conjugated...III is it conjugated...if so how?? god man this thing hurts me so much...please help out...[2][2][2]

I think...II is conjugated, but 3, apart from being conjugated, is also located at the tertiary carbon

madhumit is totally right ..............as in 3 there is tertiary carbon and conjugated .....so its most stable!! and 2 is also conjugated and so more stable as all others except 3 are 1 degree carbon ,,,,,
