baeyer villiger oxidation

when there is a competition between the carbonyl bond and c=c double bond in the case of b.v. oxidation...the double bond gets preference under ordinary conditions and forms epoxides but the preference is just the other way in the case of bicyclofused compounds containing both c=o and c=c bonds.............can somebody elaborate???

i donot think i will get many answers but still anticipating some!!!!!
