There is no bond which is purely covalent. :P It may get max upto 95-96% character but not 100%.
though C and H have difference in electronegativity....why is C-H bond is a purely covalent bond....

Cl-Cl bond is 100%covalent in Cl2 molecule
ofcourse the presence of other molecules around it makes it less than 100% covalent .. but if you could isolate only Cl2 molecules then the bond would be 100%covalent
